- Minimum educational attainment: Senior High School
- Meets hospitality industry standards in height and weight
- Minimum 1 year related work experience
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be in excellent health and physically fit
- Pleasing personality and behavior

- Basic Safety Training Certificate
- SCRB (Marine only)
- Certificate of Competency (Marine only)
